Our app for leave management is simple online tool for requesting and managing leave. PTO-hours, and overtime are automatically registered. That way there will never again be any discussion about a specific request or the amount of available hours left.

Requests

A manager has the possibility for requests to be approved or denied. The whole process, including messaging, is taken care of with our app for leave management.

Informed at all times with the calendarfunction

Using the leave calendar, everybody within the organisation is informed about who is taking time off or has planned a holiday.

It is also possible to simply show the calendar within the calendar you are using daily. such as Outlook, Google or Ical.

Insight in PTO-hours and overtime

A manager has insights in the availability of all leave days and overtime available, of all the employees. The employee has the same overview to look at.

Both manager and employee can see all the requests in a nice and simple overview. So both are working with the exact same information.

Our app for leave management is also available for iPhone and Android. With our app for leave management, the employees literally have their leave management at hand and ready.

Notifications

After an employee has requested leave or, for example, says to have worked overtime, the manager receives a notification via e-mail. With just one click he lands on the right page to rewiew the request.

Thereafter, the employee gets informed with a notification, saying the request is approved or denied. When it is denied, it also says with what reason. All communication about the regarding request stays insightful.

English, Dutch and German

Our app for leave management is available in English, Dutch and German. More languages will be added in the near future.

The language is adjustable per employee.

Our app for leave management works for everyone, whether you are using Edge, Chrome, Safari of Firefox.
