We first made use of an application that simply was too complicated. So I went searching for the easiest online application for leave management. We have tested two applications, this app for leave management was easily adaptable for everybody in our organisation. We loved it right away.
At first I worked with a sheet but that became a real mess to work with. Then I searched Google for an application. The availability of a mobile app also came in handy. This way my staff can check who's on their time off and request leave right away.
